Orders with payment by bank transfer will always be shipped after the actual crediting determined by the currency of the same. The times stated above are indicative and may vary in periods of intensive work for the different orders registered. As soon as the shipment has left our office, an email will be sent to you to notify you of the courier's tracking and to track the shipment. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind. However, for any problem we are always at your complete disposal to resolve any disputes with the courier.

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (and subsequent updates) by communicating to ph24.it of the company Printh24 srls, the intention not to want to keep one or more items purchased and requesting them the refund or any exchange with another item. At this point the product will be sent back within a maximum of 1/2 working days at no additional cost. The return of the product can only be done in the event that it is damaged or there are product errors such as the photo of the wrong subject.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases: Purchase made for business and / or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

Any product that does not retain the original features and equipment possessed at the time of purchase.

Any product that has even been minimally used or that has undergone alteration, tampering, breaking, abrasion or simply opening a seal. In the event that the product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.
